Terms & refunds

The first output from each conversion is free. One $1.49 USD payment lets you download all images from this conversion in a ZIP, with a file verification report: up to 10 originals in 3 sizes each (up to 30 outputs). There is no subscription. Each new conversion is a separate purchase. Verification covers pixel dimensions and file-size limits, not portal acceptance.

Review the preview before paying. Downloads expire 24 hours after the batch was created and work only in the same browser with its cookie retained. Keep your downloaded files. Deleting a batch permanently ends download access.

You must own or have permission to process the uploaded images. No biometric, passport, visa, or portal acceptance guarantee is made.

If payment succeeded but delivery failed, use Check payment. For duplicate charges or an unresolved technical delivery failure, request a refund within 14 days using your PayPal transaction ID. Refunds are reviewed and issued by the operator through PayPal; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
